Why Rising Coaching?
Hi, I'm Lara Akeju, founder of Rising Coaching and an EMCC-accredited, ILM Level 7 Executive Coach. I also have over 25 years' experience in television production and commissioning.
I understand the challenges of the creative industries. I started Rising Coaching to help creative organisations get the best out of their people, and to enable talented individuals to thrive.
As a coach, I encourage my clients to bring their whole self into the coaching room. We'll work together to reveal effective ways to achieve positive change.
